As part of American Baptist Churches USA, we are connected to sister churches for education and mission, regionally, nationally and globally. It is time to register for Penn Yan Community Summer Happenings.

Our community-wide Vacation Bible School will be held from June 30-July 4, 2025 from 8:30am to Noon here at  First Baptist Church of Penn Yan, 224 Main Street. Children who have completed PRE-K through GRADE 5 are invited to register. We will accept children until the program is full.

Come over to the Courthouse Lawn for concerts on Wednesday evenings this summer starting on June 25. We'll be serving hot dogs and hamburgers behind the church from 5:30-6:30pm. Erik will be on the grill. Stan will have us all organized. All proceeds will go to help us maintain our historical building.

The concerts start at 6:30pm. (Check the Events Calendar to see who is playing.) We'll move everything into the church if it rains. 

Great music, a beautiful setting and good friends on a summer evening in our community. What could be better!

We gather in our sanctuary on Sunday mornings at 10:00am - for worship, prayer, music, and friendship.

In the spirit of the Baptist principle of "soul freedom," we invite everyone to participate and share their callings and gifts. We serve communion on the first Sunday of each month.
