Empowered Pathways is a nonprofit organization based in Utica, New York, dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome challenges through education, advocacy, and empowerment. Serving the Mohawk Valley and surrounding communities, the organization provides conflict resolution and mediation services, restorative practices, employment readiness training, and support for individuals facing complex medical decision-making situations. Through its Women's Employment & Resource Center, Empowered Pathways also helps women develop job skills, build confidence, and prepare for meaningful employment.
