I believe that every person has a story, and every story deserves to be heard with compassion, understanding, and without judgment. Throughout my life, I have dedicated myself to helping people heal, grow, and recognize the strength they already possess. My passion is helping individuals and organizations better understand the effects of trauma so they can build healthier relationships, stronger communities, and brighter futures.
For many years, I have worked as a trainer, coach, mentor, and independent contractor, leading workshops and educational sessions for a wide variety of audiences. My work follows the curriculum developed by the University at Buffalo's Institute on Trauma and Trauma-Informed Care (ITTIC), giving me the opportunity to share research-backed strategies that help people become more trauma-informed in both their personal and professional lives.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of training organizations such as The Fatherhood Connection, the Buffalo Police Department, teens, educators, community organizations, and many other groups looking to better understand the impact of trauma and the importance of empathy. Every audience teaches me something new, and I value the opportunity to learn just as much as I enjoy teaching.
What drives me most is people. I believe empathy is one of the greatest strengths a person can develop. Whether I am mentoring someone one-on-one, coaching a team, or speaking to a room full of participants, I strive to create a space where people feel respected, valued, and encouraged to grow. My goal isn't simply to share information—it's to help people see one another through a more compassionate lens and leave with practical tools they can use every day.
On DEEPDIIG, I hope to preserve the lessons I've learned throughout my journey while continuing to learn from others. Knowledge becomes more powerful when it is shared, and I believe each of us has experiences that can inspire, encourage, and positively impact someone else. If my story, experiences, or resources help even one person better understand themselves or those around them, then I know I've made a meaningful difference.
