At Rural Health Network of South Central New York, we work to advance the health and well-being of rural people and communities. Since 1998, we have helped individuals and families overcome barriers to healthcare, transportation, nutritious food, and essential community services.
Through our Getthere transportation program, Community Health services, Food and Health Network, and Northern Broome CARES, we connect residents with practical assistance that supports healthier, more independent lives.
We also collaborate with healthcare providers, local farmers, community organizations, and regional partners to strengthen rural communities. Our mission is to make essential services more accessible, improve health outcomes, and ensure that rural residents have the support and opportunities they need to thrive.
