I’m a connector, creator, coach, and thought-generator drawn to the places where spirituality, creativity, community, and cultural change intersect. I’m endlessly curious about the ways spirituality, creativity, technology, and human consciousness continue to shape one another.
My vocational path has moved through public education, music, camp leadership, parish ministry, coaching, digital media, and organizational innovation—always guided by the same underlying question: How do we create spaces where people can reconnect with meaning, belonging, and hope?
That question has shaped nearly everything I’ve done.
As an educator, pastor, composer, coach, nonprofit leader, and lifelong learner, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and communities navigating change, asking difficult questions, discovering new possibilities, and reimagining what it means to live with purpose and compassion.Today, I serve as the Founding Executive Director of Firebird Spirit, a digital-first Community of Hope where compassionate souls gather to explore spirituality, creativity, justice, and authentic living beyond traditional religious boundaries. DeepDiiG is one expression of that larger vision—a place to slow down, ask better questions, and explore ideas that don't fit neatly into a single category.
You'll find reflections here on spirituality, creativity, coaching, relationships, music, leadership, journaling, wellness, technology, culture, and the many surprising places where those worlds overlap. Some articles are practical. Others are reflective. All are invitations to think more deeply, live more intentionally, and engage the world with greater curiosity and compassion.
I'm also a member of ASCAP, an ICF-trained coach, an author, and a singer-songwriter whose work explores the intersection of story, sound, and human transformation. Whether through writing, music, conversation, or community, I remain fascinated by the ways people grow—and by how hope continues to emerge in unexpected places.
Beneath all the roles and projects, though, life remains wonderfully simple.
I love family—both inherited and chosen. I love meaningful conversation, creative imagination, and those quiet moments when something ordinary suddenly becomes sacred.
If something you discover here encourages you to pause, wonder, smile, or see the world a little differently, then DeepDiiG is doing exactly what I hoped it would do.
Welcome. I'm glad you're here.
